The Pennsylvania Turnpike runs diagonally from the northwest toward the southeast along the northern edge of the community. Existing neighborhood streets surrounding the community include Cheltenham Lane, Sussex Drive, Princeton Drive, Shannon Lane, Kensington Court, Ascot Lane, Kingsbridge Circle, and Meeting House Spring Road. The homesites are arranged along a curved interior section connected to Sussex Drive and Cheltenham Lane. Lots 17, 18, and 19 are positioned along the northeastern portion of the community and face generally south toward the interior street. Lots 125 through 130 are located along the central curved section of the community. These homesites face generally north or northeast toward the interior roadway as it curves through the neighborhood. Lots 23 and 24 are positioned along the western side of the community near the Pennsylvania Turnpike. These homesites face southeast toward the interior street. Existing homes and residential streets continue throughout the surrounding neighborhood to the south and east of the community.
