Building a new home is an exciting journey, and we’re here to make each step clear and stress-free. Follow our streamlined process for to-be-built homes, from exploring options to move-in day.

Step 1
Explore Online Shopping Tools

Start your journey from home. Use our online shopping tools to browse communities, compare floor plans, view virtual tours, and explore available homesites. Everything you need to begin is right at your fingertips.

Step 2
Initial Consultation

Connect with a Sales Representative to discuss your goals, preferred floor plans, and communities. They’ll guide you through the building process and answer any questions from start to finish.

Estimate of Costs

We’ll prepare a detailed cost estimate for the home you’re imagining, including the base floor plan price, homesite costs, and any selected upgrades or features. You’ll have a clear understanding of the investment before moving forward.

Step 4
Reserve Your Homesite

Reserve your homesite for up to 7 days with a fully refundable deposit. This gives you time to work with your Sales Representative to finalize your new home without losing your preferred location.

Step 5
Purchase Agreement

After finalizing plans and pricing with your Sales Representative, you'll sign a purchase agreement detailing your floor plan, homesite, options, upgrades, timeline, and other key details. At this stage, your home is officially underway!

Step 6
Design Session

Now the fun begins. During your design session, you’ll choose the finishes, fixtures, and details that make your home uniquely yours. You’ll work directly with your Sales Representative to ensure your selections suit your style and budget.

Meet Your Construction Team

Before building begins, you’ll meet with your Sales Representative and your Project Manager together. This meeting will cover a detailed review of your plans, including what to expect during each construction phase, as well as communication points and regular check-ins.

Construction Begins

With everything approved, construction is ready to start. Throughout the build, our team manages inspections, quality checks, and daily progress while keeping you updated along the way.

New Home Orientation

As your home nears completion, we’ll walk you through a full orientation. Together with your Project Manager, you’ll learn about the features of your new home, how key systems operate, and what’s covered under warranty. This is your chance to ask questions and make sure everything feels just right.

Welcome Home!

It’s move-in day! With the keys in hand, you’re ready to start making memories. We’ll continue supporting you with warranty information, homeowner resources, and a dedicated team that’s here long after closing.
